We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (3) no. 1 VSBG — we employ fewer than eleven people), and we do not take part voluntarily either. If something goes wrong, please write to us directly at kontakt@rosaluce.com — we would rather sort it out ourselves. The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
