Terms and conditions
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to all orders placed through rosaluce.com. Your contracting party is Rosaluce — owner Manuel Zorzi, Georg-Eisenreich-Str. 4, 85540 Haar, Germany, email kontakt@rosaluce.com, VAT ID DE365037078.
We sell to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code. Any differing terms of the customer apply only if we agree to them expressly and in writing.
How a contract is formed
The presentation of products on our pages is not yet a binding offer, but an invitation for you to make one.
You design your rosary in the configurator, put it in the basket and complete the order on the payment page. By clicking the button that completes the order subject to payment, you make a binding offer. Before you send it you see your details once more and can correct input errors using the usual keyboard and mouse functions and the “Edit details” link.
We confirm receipt of your order by email without delay. That acknowledgement is not yet an acceptance. The contract comes into being when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods — at the latest when your payment method is charged.
Prices and shipping costs
The price that applies is the one shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of your order. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
No shipping costs are added — delivery is included in the price. No further costs arise for you on a delivery within the EU.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all 27 member states of the European Union. We cannot currently accept orders with a delivery address outside the EU; the choice at checkout is limited accordingly.
Payment
Payment is handled through Stripe. Which payment methods are available in detail is shown on the payment page; they can differ by country and amount.
The purchase price falls due immediately upon completion of the order. You enter your payment details exclusively with Stripe; we do not see them.
Delivery and lead time
Every rosary is made by hand after you order it. The usual time until dispatch is about three to four weeks; the figure shown at checkout and in the confirmation email at the time of your order is the one that applies.
If production is delayed we tell you unprompted and name a new date. If we are permanently prevented from delivering for reasons we are not responsible for, either side may withdraw from the contract; we then refund any amounts already paid without delay.
Pre-orders
Where we expressly mark an item as a pre-order, that is a regular, paid order with a later delivery date stated at checkout. The date appears before you send the order, in the confirmation and on the payment page — we do not collect non-binding expressions of interest.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The details and the model withdrawal form are in our right of withdrawal notice. Because we currently offer no personalised goods — no engraving, no printed name, nothing made to your individual specification — the exclusion under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code does not apply. Choosing among our given colours, materials and motifs in the configurator changes nothing about that: you have the full right of withdrawal.
Handmade single pieces
Our rosaries are made by hand from natural material. Slight variations in grain, shade, size and bead placement compared with the images are typical of the material and are not defects. The 3D view in the configurator is a representation, not a to-scale rendering of the individual piece.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Liability for defects
Statutory rights in respect of defects apply (§§ 434 ff. of the German Civil Code), with a limitation period of two years from receipt of the goods. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed that the goods were already defective on handover (§ 477). We give a guarantee only where we expressly declare one; statutory rights are unaffected by this. To report a defect, an informal email to kontakt@rosaluce.com is enough.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence; likewise under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee we have given.
Where we slightly negligently breach a duty whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may rely, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
Dispute resolution
We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to (§ 36 (3) no. 1 VSBG). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Please bring complaints directly to kontakt@rosaluce.com.
Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are habitually resident in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
Contract text and language
We store the contract text and send you the order details with the confirmation email; this page can be called up and printed at any time. A contract can be concluded in German or in English.
